Signing in and out

Signing in

Choose Sign in in the header. A hosted sign-in page opens where you enter the email address you use with ManyNote. Password resets and one-time codes happen on that page, not inside the app.

If sign-in fails you see Let's try signing in again. The link may have expired or the sign-in was interrupted. Choose Try signing in again; links are single use, so a new attempt replaces the old one. If you cannot sign in at all, email [email protected] from the address you use with ManyNote.

If your session ends while you read, ManyNote keeps changes on this device and shows Your session ended—sign in again. Sign in to send them to your account.

Books you read as a guest

After you sign in, a dialog called Books you read as a guest lists books with reading or notes on this device. Check the ones to add to your account and choose Add N books to my account. Unchecked books stay on this device only. Decide later closes the dialog and it can appear again.

Signing out

Use the account menu (your initials) and choose Sign out. ManyNote first sends any unsent changes, then removes your account's data and private book downloads from this device.

If some changes could not be sent, usually because you are offline, you can choose Stay signed in, Sign out and keep them here, or Sign out and discard them.
