Book Guide for your uploads

Books in the ManyNote Library come with their Book Guide. For an EPUB you upload, you create it yourself. The notice Add chapter summaries and key story events. appears at the top of the Book Guide, in the timeline and on the book in My Books. Choose Create book guide.

• You can create up to 3 Book Guides each month. The notice says how many you have used, and Your book guide allowance resets on… when you have used them all.
• Preparing book guide… means it is being made. You can keep reading.
• When it is done, My Books shows Guide ready, and beats, recaps and characters appear.
• Guide could not be created. offers Try again. Guide could not be created for this book. means this file cannot be prepared.

Before a Book Guide exists

You can still talk with the Book Guide. It answers from the book's text up to your page, without chapter summaries, beats or characters, and says when it is missing context. The ManyNote Library's Guide Ready filter shows books that already have one.
