Plans and billing

Open Account and billing from the account menu. It shows your plan, how many of your 10 uploads you have used, and a Guide usage bar when you are near a limit.

Plans

Paid plans are not offered yet. Everything available today is included free. Some accounts show Granted plan: Reader access is included without a subscription.

Payment problems

If a payment fails, Account and billing shows a notice and the Book Guide pauses until the payment method is updated in Manage billing.

For a charge you do not recognize, a refund, or any other payment question, use Message the team on the Help page with the Billing category. ManyNote Help cannot see or change payment details. Plans are for personal reading; automated bulk extraction is not permitted.
